RAFFLE LICENSING - In Georgia, county sheriffs are charged with enforcing the Georgia Raffle Law, which was enacted in 1995. Fund-raising lotteries or raffles are considered games of chance, and are therefore regulated by the state. Only nonprofit tax-exempt entities, such as churches, schools and civic organizations, are allowed to perform a raffle. Eligible entities are nonprofit organizations qualified under §501c of the Internal Revenue Code, or bona fide nonprofit organizations approved by the sheriff. Georgia law §16-12-22.1 requires such organizations to obtain a license from the Sheriff’s Office of the county in which the nonprofit organization is located.

MOTORCYCLE TRAILER PARKING - Motorcycle Trailer parking is free to all convention attendees at the Host Hotel. There no is requirement that you be registered at the Host Hotel or be staying in Stone Mountain Park. Parking is secure and on a paved lot. Parking is limited to MOTORCYCLE trailers only, RV’s and other such large vehicles are excluded.

A full week registration is $120 per person for adults. This includes a pin and patch. T-shirts, Small to 4X range from $15 to $18. See registration form or on-line form for individual days and other options. STONE MOUNTAIN PARK ENTRY FEE - To clarify a question that has been asked. If you are staying at Marriott Evergreen Hotel or Stone Mountain Inn, the daily park entrance fee is included in your HOTEL registration.
If you are staying at the campgrounds, or any other hotel (outside the park), there is a park entry fee of $5.00 per vehicle, per day. You will need to pay the $5 per day, per vehicle fee when pick up your conference registration package, or register for the Conference at the at Evergreen Hotel. The reservation clerks for the hotels are not familiar and are telling people that the Park Entry Fee is $15.00 daily. The Blue Knights will not be charged the $15.00 daily fee. What is your refund policy?
Refunds will be given in accordance with guidelines set forth by Blue Knights International pertaining to hosting of an International Convention. Member(s) who for the following reasons are unable to attend the International Convention after paying registration fees will receive a full refund: death in member’s immediate family (as denoted in the bylaws), serious illness of the member or in the member’s immediate family, accident while en-route to the convention, military call up, vacation or leave cancelled by employer. Written verification may be requested by the host chapter. Refunds requested due to other extenuated circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis.
