As announced, on-line and mail-in registration closed on Friday, July 6th.
You may register in-person at the host hotel beginning Sunday, July 15th.
Registration tables will be open at the host hotel as indicated below:
- Official Registration – Sunday – July 15 – 11:00 AM -6:00 PM
- Official Registration – Monday – July 16– 8:00 AM -6:00 PM
- Official Registration – Tuesday – July 17 – 8:00 AM -4:00 PM
There also may be other opportunities to make single day registrations.
The fee schedule is as follows:
Adult Full Week Registration – $140/person
Child Full Week (age 10-16) – $70
Sunday Only Adult – $35/person
Sunday Only Child (age 10-16) $20/per child
Monday Only Adult – $35/person
Monday Only Child (age 10-16) $20/per child
Tuesday Only (Includes Pool Party) – $45/person
Tuesday Only Child (age 10-16) (Includes Pool Party) – $25/per child
Wednesday Only (Includes Picnic Lunch) – $45/person
Wednesday Only Child (age 10-16) (Includes Picnic Lunch) – $20/per child
Thursday Only – NO Banquet – $35/person
Thursday Only Child (age 10-16) NO Banquet – $20/per child
Thursday Only – WITH Banquet – $75/person
Thursday Only Child (age 10-16) WITH Banquet – $40/per child
Cash, checks and credit cards will be accepted at on-site registration.
US funds ONLY can be accepted.

STONE MOUNTAIN PARK ENTRY FEE: If you are staying at Marriott Evergreen (Host) Hotel or Stone Mountain Inn the daily park entrance fee is included with your HOTEL registration. If you are staying at the campgrounds, or any other hotel, there is a park entry fee of $5.00 per vehicle, per day. The fee is payable at the Conference Registration table at the Host Hotel.
REFUND POLICY – Refunds will be given in accordance with guidelines set forth by Blue Knights International pertaining to hosting of an International Convention. Member(s) who for the following reasons are unable to attend the International Convention after paying registration fees will receive a full refund: death in member’s immediate family (as denoted in the bylaws), serious illness of the member or in the member’s immediate family, accident while en-route to the convention, military call up, vacation or leave cancelled by employer. Written verification may be requested by the host chapter. Refunds requested due to other extenuated circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis.
